⦿ Wash before first-time use
⦿ Gentle machine wash under 30°C inside a laundry bag. Wash separately
⦿ Dissolve detergent fully in water before adding fabric. Don’t pour detergent straight onto the material
⦿ Skip soaking. Use gentle bleach-free detergent. No harsh cleaners.
⦿ Line dry only; tumble drying or dry cleaning damages cotton fibres and shortens the towel’s lifespan

- Orders placed after 4 PM AEST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

- Australia: Free shipping on orders over $99 AUD. A flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies to orders below this.
- Rest of the World (including New Zealand): Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD. A flat rate of $19.95 AUD applies to orders below this.

- During sales or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the times stated below.

International Shipping
- You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by your country.
- Items are shipped from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia, or Hong Kong, China, depending on stock availability.

Return Policy
- You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return
- Start your return using the Delicors Returns Portal. If you experience any issues using the portal, please email us at hi@delicors.com
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to process on our end, and up to 10 business days for your bank to credit the amount.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you believe an item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, use our Delicors Returns Portal with the photo of the item. After inspection, we will arrange a refund or replacement based on your choice.
- Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling are not considered faults.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- You can contact us at hi@delicors.com to exchange an item before it's shipped out.
- If the item has been already shipped out to you, use Delicors Returns Portal to return the original item in exchange for a new item.
- You have 60 minutes Order edit window. Use the link provided in your Order confirmation email to edit or cancel your order. Or contact us at hi@delicors.com for any issues.
