Delicors is an Australian based company. We use different warehouses in different countries for our products. If you order more than one variety of product, it may be shipped from different warehouses. Hence the products might be packaged separately and the shipping time may also vary. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order, hence shipping and delivery times can vary. We ship worldwide.

-How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders! We work hard to offer FREE shipping for every order, no minimums, We believe it is worth the slight wait!

-Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we sure do! We do not charge taxes on our products, however you will be responsible for any import duties or customs that your country may apply to your order. Items will be shipped from Australian or China

 

-How long does delivery take?

For Bedding product, we use TNT premium express service.

For other product we use DHL or Australian Post depends on the size of package. 

Australia: 5-10 business days

USA & Canada: 12-20 business days.

Europe and UK: 12-20 business days.

In rare cases, it can take up to 60 days for the item to arrive.

If you wait longer than 4 weeks, please send us an email contact@delicors.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order. We will do the best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

- How long is the processing time?

Most items will ship within 3-5 business days, but could take up to 7 business days due to the high volume of orders we receive! Orders placed after Friday 6pm Sydney time , it will be processed the following Monday.

If you place an order using PayPal echeck, your order will be shipped out after the payment clears.

Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.

-I ordered multiple items and only received one!

Since we source our products from different suppliers, you will most likely be receiving separate packages for each product! Hang in there and it should arrive soon!

-What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept all major credit cards through Shopify Pay, as well as PayPal for your convenience.

-How secure is my personal information?

We adhere to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology),which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.
