This cutlery set is made by high quality stainless steel. It is dishwasher- safe, please allow plenty of space between items to avoid movement during the washing cycle to prevent scratches. Gentle hand wash is recommended. Dry with soft towel.

International Shipping

Return Policy

  • You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at hi@delicors.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For returns within Australia, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. International customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to process on our end, and a further 10 business days for your bank to credit the amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe an item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please email us at hi@delicors.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you.
  • Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling are not considered faults.

Exchanges & Cancellations

  • The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.
  • We can amend or cancel an order before 4 pm AEST on the day of purchase, or before you receive an "Order Processed" notification, whichever comes first.

Our each piece of cutlery is made with great care and precision, the luxury cutlery is 100% chrome nickel steel, better known as 18/10 steel, which gives the material a high corrosion staining resistance. It is a great "feel" in your hand, somewhat heavy but well-balanced and the stainless steel is gleaming.

Colour dipped cutlery is not dishwasher safe! Gentle hand wash is recommended. Carefully dry with soft towel.
