Prepare Matcha Powder
Add matcha powder to chawan and sift it first.

Heat The Water
Bring soft water to a boil. Cool to 80°C (176°F) for best taste. 

Whisk the Matcha:
Using a chasen and whisking in an 'M' pattern until foamy. 

Enjoy Your Matcha Drink
Gently mix the foam. You can add water, milk, or ice. Just enjoy it

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 7 business days during high-volume periods.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM AEST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Please ensure all personal and postage details are correct when placing your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $99 AUD. A flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies to orders below this.
  • Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders over $199 AUD. A flat rate of $19.95 AUD applies to orders below this.

Delivery Times

  • During sales or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the times stated below.
  • Australia: 3-14 business days.
  • New Zealand: 7-14 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 10-21 business days.

International Shipping

  • You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by your country.
  • Items are shipped from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia, or Hong Kong, China, depending on stock availability.

Return Policy

  • You can return items within 14 days of delivery for orders within Australia, and within 28 days for international orders. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

  • Start your return using the Delicors Returns Portal. If you experience any issues using the portal, please email us at hi@delicors.com
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to process on our end, and up to 10 business days for your bank to credit the amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe an item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, use our Delicors Returns Portal with the photo of the item. After inspection, we will arrange a refund or replacement based on your choice.
  • Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling are not considered faults.

Exchanges & Cancellations

  • You can contact us at hi@delicors.com to exchange an item before it's shipped out.
  • If the item has been already shipped out to you, use Delicors Returns Portal to return the original item in exchange for a new item.
  • You have 60 minutes Order edit window. Use the link provided in your Order confirmation email to edit or cancel your order. Or contact us at hi@delicors.com for any issues.
