What qualifies as a 'change of mind'?
1) You don't like it
2) You're not happy with the quailty
3) Size is not suitable
4) Colour is lighter or darker than imagined
5) Not suitable for current use or there is no use for the product any more
Simply return the items within 14 days of the date of delivery. To qualify for our 14-day money back guarantee, we need the
product in unused, and unwashed condition. If all of these conditions are met, we will process your refund!
a) You can return within 14 daysof your order's delivered date.
b) We cannot accept 'change of mind' returns on items that has been used or washed.
How do I return my item?
We know returning an item can be disappointing, so we have simplified the process in 4 easy steps.
🇦🇺 Australian Shipments
1️⃣ START YOUR RETURN
Start your return using the Delicors Returns Portal. If you experience any issues using the portal, please email us at hi@delicors.com
2️⃣ PACK YOUR ITEM
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, or packaging of similar quality, to help prevent damage during transit.
3️⃣ SEND YOUR ITEM
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the Returns Portal. Attach the label securely to your package and lodge it at your nearest Australia Post outlet.
4️⃣ RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the payment method you selected in the Returns Portal. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Return Postage:
- Checkout+ orders: If you purchased FREE RETURNS with your order, you'll receive a free prepaid return shipping label.
- Standard orders: If you did not purchase FREE RETURNS, a flat fee of $12.99 will apply for the prepaid return shipping label.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If you're returning an item because it arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll provide a free prepaid return shipping label, regardless of whether Checkout+ was purchased.

1️⃣ REQUEST YOUR RETURN

- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
- Your order number
Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
2️⃣ PACK YOUR ITEM
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, or packaging of similar quality, to help prevent damage during transit.
3️⃣ SEND YOUR ITEM
Arrange return shipping using a courier of your choice and send the parcel to our Australian warehouse. Once your return has been shipped, please email us the tracking link or tracking number.

To ensure your return can be tracked, we recommend using a national postal service or a courier that provides tracking. A valid tracking number or link is required for all returns.
4️⃣ RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the payment method you selected in the Returns Portal. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Note: You will cover the postage costs and arrange on your own to send the product back to our warehouse in Australia.
Manufacturing defects
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the best quality before we send them out. If a product is clearly and significantly damaged when arrived, please take photos or videos showing the damage to us within 7 days of receiving the product. You have the right to a full refund or replacement, depending on your choice.
Faulty Items
We do not offer warranties due to the general wear and tear of our products. The best solution to any faulty product depends on the nature of the fault itself. Any faulty claims should be reported within 60 days of receiving your product. If not reported within 60 days, the product will be deemed as an acceptable quality and condition.
We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that meets your rights. However, you will not be entitled to a remedy for:
◉ Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse.
◉ Wear and tear that is caused after you start using the product such as below, but not limited to:
- Fabric sways or seams pulling off
- Normal fade in colour of fabric due to washing
- Reduced shine, scratches or colour coating chipping away from cutlery due to daily use
◉ Damage resulting from a failure to take reasonable care to prevent the product from degrading the quality
◉ Damage occurring during your own handling or transportation of goods.
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our return and refund policy.
FAQ
It may take up to 3 to business days from the day we receive your return item. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to credit the amount.
Australia - If you purchased Checkout+ - FREE RETRUNS with your order, you'll receive a free prepaid return shipping label. If you did not purchase Checkout+, a flat fee of $12.99 will apply for the prepaid return shipping label.
International (outside of Australia) – You will cover the postage costs and arrange on your own to send the product back to our warehouse in Australia.
Use the prepaid Shipping label issued from our Returns Portal, and send it to
Delicors Return Centre, Po Box 5026, Darling South VIC 3145, Australia.
You can create a return through our Returns Portal or contact us through hi@delicors.com, one of our friendly team members will help you to sort it out.
- You can contact us at hi@delicors.com to exchange an item before it's shipped out.
- If the item has been already shipped out to you, use Delicors Returns Portal to return the original item in exchange for a new item.
