Return Policy

  • You can return items within 14 days of delivery for orders within Australia, and within 28 days for international orders. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at hi@delicors.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For returns within Australia, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. International customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to process on our end, and a further 10 business days for your bank to credit the amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe an item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please email us at hi@delicors.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you.
  • Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling are not considered faults.

Exchanges & Cancellations

  • The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.
  • We can amend or cancel an order before 4 pm AEST on the day of purchase, or before you receive an "Order Processed" notification, whichever comes first.
