Return and Refund

Please understand we do not offer refund or exchanges for change of mind.
We accept returns only if the product is faulty or not as described. Buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the product & agree a partial refund with us. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. When you receive a product that was bought and paid for and you find it is not as described or you are not satisfied with the quality, please send us a picture of the item within 14 days of receiving your product. 

You can do this by sending us an email: contact@delicors.com. One of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (change of mind)
If you agreed  to return your item, You will need to pay for the return shipping fee.
 

Size and color 

Please allow 1-4 cm difference due to manual measurements

Please allow slight color variations due to different screen monitors
